Producer

Château de Pibarnon

France

Château de Pibarnon is a family-owned single-estate producer in Bandol, Provence, perched on the highest point of the appellation. The estate was purchased by Comte Henri de Saint-Victor in 1975 and is now owned and run by his son, Eric de Saint-Victor, who also serves as winemaker, assisted by Marie Laroze. Certified organic since 2019, Pibarnon follows a hands-on approach with hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts, and élevage in a mix of new and older French oak. The domaine is noted for limited production and a clearly estate-driven identity.
