France

Camille & Guillaume Boillot are a family-run Burgundy domaine launched in 2022 by co-winemakers Camille Boillot, a fifth-generation winemaker, and Guillaume Boillot. Separate from the Henri Boillot estate, the domaine is operated with their four children and includes a small négoce activity. Their vineyards, including Bourgogne Chardonnay and Puligny-Montrachet Enseignères, are managed organically, with biodynamic practices being trialled and a focus on sustainable farming without stated certification. The estate’s wines reflect a young, independently run family project rooted in Burgundy’s winemaking tradition.
