Producer

Villa Molino

Italy

Villa Molino is based in Negrar, in Veneto’s Lessini Mountains, where its vineyards lie across hills and valleys on tufaceous volcanic soils with basalt and limestone. The estate cultivates roughly 5 hectares, with vines aged 15–40 years trained on Veronese pergola and Guyot systems. Farming follows a considered, low-intervention approach: no weed-killers are used, while integrated pest management—including the “Gender Confusion” technique against fruit moths—limits treatments to those considered essential.
