Cave des Vignerons d’Estézargues is a member-owned cooperative in the southern Rhône Valley, founded in 1965 by local growers and now run by third-generation families. Working with fruit from numerous growers, the cellar keeps terroirs separate in vinification, drawing on rocky, limestone and clay soils, including old-vine sites reminiscent of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The estate is organically certified, prioritises organic and biodynamic farming, and follows a natural, low-intervention approach in the cellar: no commercial yeasts, enzymes, gum arabic or acidifiers, with only minimal sulfur. Its natural-wine direction was shaped by Jean-François Nicq and Denis Deschamps and is now led by winemaker-CEO Armelle Rouault.
