Vicentini Agostino is a fourth-generation family winery in Veneto, founded in 1929 by Francesco Vicentini and now run by Agostino Vicentini, his wife Teressa, and their children Emanuele and Francesca. Agostino is the principal winemaker. The estate farms older vines in the Casale area, outside Soave Classico, on volcanic soils and terraced, low-yield vineyards trained on Guyot. Certified Organic, the winery follows organic and biodynamic practices with hand-worked vineyards, cover crops, no herbicides, and a strong focus on biodiversity. Its style is rooted in careful manual farming and chemical-free, eco-friendly viticulture.
