The winery is certified Napa Green for both vineyards and winery, with sustainability efforts that include biodiversity, integrated pest management, composting, water recycling, and solar energy. St. Supéry emphasizes quality through detailed vineyard control and careful cellar work such as small-lot fermentations, hand and optical sorting, and custom oak barrels.
