Vignoble Angst

France

Vignoble Angst is a family-run, first-generation estate in Pontigny, Burgundy, founded in 2013 by husband-and-wife winemakers Antoine and Céline Angst. Antoine brings agricultural and winemaking training, along with 16 years of technical vineyard experience in Chablis; Céline is an oenology technician. They cultivate vineyards in Chablis and the Grand Auxerrois, producing wines across eight appellations, including Petit Chablis, Chablis, Irancy, Bourgogne Blanc and Rosé, and Crémant de Bourgogne. Their viticulture uses tillage, partial grassing and limited treatments, with a focus on expressing terroir. The estate held Level 3 HVE certification and was certified organic from 2020 to 2023; since 2024, it has followed reasoned viticulture.
