Valentina Cubi

Italy

Valentina Cubi is a family-run estate in Valpolicella, Veneto, founded in 1969 by Valentina and Giancarlo Cubi and still self-owned. With 10 hectares of vineyards on hills at 290–350 meters, the winery produces about 50,000 bottles annually, focusing exclusively on hand-harvested grapes from its own land. Since 2010, it has practiced organic viticulture, achieving certification in 2014 and employing biodynamic preparations, compost, and cover crops. The philosophy is qualitative and non‑commercial, with wines analyzed and tasted before release. Valentina Cubi directs winemaking, using traditional methods such as Guyot and pergola training, fermentation in tronconic tanks, and barrel ageing for premium wines.
