Le Salette is a family-owned estate in Valpolicella Classico, Veneto, run by the Scamperle family with Franco Scamperle as winemaker. Its vineyards are hand-harvested and managed with a low-intervention approach: mechanical weed control without herbicides, organic fertilisers and sexual traps for the tignola butterfly. The estate produces Valpolicella wines with a clear focus on sustainable vineyard work and family stewardship.
