Domaine Jean-Baptiste Jessiaume is a family-owned Burgundy estate based in Santenay and run by sixth-generation winemaker Jean-Baptiste Jessiaume. Its vineyards extend across Pommard, Saint-Aubin, Beaune, Saint-Romain and the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, encompassing diverse soils and around 25 appellations. The domaine follows a low-intervention approach, minimizing chemical inputs, promoting biodiversity and using organic or biodynamic practices where feasible, without cited formal certification. Jean-Baptiste leads the winemaking and the estate’s recovery following financial challenges in 2023.
