J. Boutin’s Domaine La Boutinière is a family-managed Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate owned and run by Frédéric Boutin since 1997. Its vineyards span eight parcels, including very steep stone-wall terraces planted with vines over 50 years old on granite, schist, and limestone soils with southeast exposure. The estate is certified organic and focuses predominantly on red varieties, with a small proportion of white grapes. Its wines reflect the character of these varied, historic sites and are produced in limited quantities.
