Hotel Starlino

Italy

Hotel Starlino is an Italian-inspired aperitivo brand rooted in Turin’s historic vermouth tradition, with products made in Torino and Maraschino cherries crafted in Naples by a fourth-generation family business. Its range includes contemporary aperitivos, fine vermouths, and all-natural cherries steeped in Marasca juice, reflecting a philosophy of slow living, intentional ingredients, and the ritual of aperitivo. The cherries are made without artificial flavors or colors and are vegan, halal, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher. Separately, the Bergerhof farm operated by Hotel Starlino has been managed biodynamically since 1981 and is described as Italy’s first Demeter-certified biodynamic hotel, following organic standards, avoiding pesticides and GMOs, and emphasizing climate protection.
