Producer

Gros‑Tollot

France

Founded in 2006, Gros-Tollot is the equal partnership of Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, who both run the estate and make the wines. Based in the Minervois and Pays d’Hérault, with a core vineyard in Cazelles on clay-limestone soils, the domaine farms according to organic-style “lutte raisonnée” principles, using minimal chemical treatments and hand-picking. Grapes are fermented with indigenous yeasts, and wines are made parcel by parcel in stainless-steel tanks and French oak barriques. The estate’s approach combines careful vineyard work with a focused, site-conscious style of winemaking.
