Feuillat-Juillot

France

Domaine Feuillat-Juillot is based in Montagny, the southernmost appellation of Burgundy’s Côte Chalonnaise, where Françoise Feuillat-Juillot and her daughter Camille tend vineyards on limestone-marl soils. The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with organic certification achieved at the end of 2024, careful mechanical soil work, and exclusively hand harvesting. Winemaking is adapted to each cuvée: temperature-controlled vats preserve freshness and fruit, while selected old-vine wines are matured in oak or ceramic amphorae to express their terroir. The domaine’s Montagny whites are shaped by minerality, elegance, and aging potential, reflecting a philosophy centered on passion, quality, and restrained yields rather than mass distribution.
