Producer

Fabre Montmayou

Argentina

Fabre Montmayou is an estate producer in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, owned by Hervé Joyaux. Its historic old-vine Malbec vineyards in Vistalba are complemented by grapes sourced from old-vine sites in Mendoza and Patagonia. The winery follows traditional sustainable viticulture, including short pruning, green harvesting, hand-picking, double hand-sorting and controlled yields, with no formal certifications mentioned. Hervé Joyaux Fabre makes the wines alongside Juan Bruzzone. The estate’s style is rooted in carefully handled, site-focused wines from Mendoza and Patagonia, with Malbec at its core and Cabernet Sauvignon also represented.
