Producer

Domaine Recerca

France

Recerca is a privately owned, research-driven natural wine producer founded in 2018 by Jessica Albero and Laurent Pujol in Tautavel, Languedoc-Roussillon. The estate farms vines without chemical treatments across marl, schist, and calcareous-clay soils. In the cellar, the founders pursue minimal intervention: grapes are not destemmed, wines are fermented in fibreglass tanks, and there is no added sulphur, fining, or filtration. Their light-bodied reds show dark-cherry fruit, garrigue herbs, and a dusty grip.
