Domaine Lajibe is a small, family-owned boutique estate in Jurançon, founded and run by Jean-Baptiste Semmartin with his partner, Juliana Semmartin, and support from the Estoueigt family of Domaine Larroudé. Their vineyards include Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Petit Courbu and Claverie. The domaine farms organically and biodynamically, with Demeter certification noted, and follows a natural, low-intervention approach. Wines are made with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfites, filtration or fining, and are vegan-friendly. Founded in 2015, Domaine Lajibe produces highly limited quantities under both the Domaine Lajibe and Manseng et Compagnie labels.
