Domaine de Roche-Guillon

France

Domaine de Roche-Guillon is a small, family-run Beaujolais estate owned and operated by brothers Antoine and Maxime Graillot, part of the Graillot family estates founded by Alain Graillot. The domaine produces Gamay, including Beaujolais-Villages and Fleurie, from steep, gobelet-trained vineyards at 300–360 metres. Certified organic and farmed biodynamically, its wines are made with natural whole-cluster, semi-carbonic fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by aging in large oak foudres and bottling unfiltered. The estate’s style is represented by its Beaujolais-Villages and Fleurie, both awarded 92 points by Wine Enthusiast.
