Château Quintus

France

Château Quintus is a Saint-Émilion estate within the family-owned Domaine Clarence Dillon group, led by Prince Robert of Luxembourg. Since 2011, it has brought together selected plots from former properties on a limestone promontory overlooking the Dordogne, with varied exposures and clay-limestone soils that support balanced wines year after year. The estate farms organically and biodynamically, with Demeter, Biodyvin, HEV and ISO 14001 certifications, no insecticides since 2017, and strong biodiversity work including wild-flower sowing, hedgerows, nesting boxes and insect hotels. In the vineyard and cellar, the approach is precise and terroir-focused, with parcel-by-parcel selection, careful blending and adaptive vineyard work aimed at freshness, finesse, elegance and minerality.
