Sauternes

Château Lafon is a family-run Bordeaux estate owned by the Tesseron family since the 1960s and renovated by Guy Tesseron. Its vineyards form essentially one large parcel and are certified organic while continuing the transition to organic agriculture, reflecting a clear sustainability focus. Winemaking is led by cellar master Frédéric Renaut, with consulting support from Jean-Claude Berrouet and Eric Boissenot.
