Ultimate Provence rosé

Château de Berne is a privately owned Provence estate, run by Mark Dixon since 1995, combining wine production with a Relais & Châteaux hotel, spa and restaurants. Its vineyards are certified organic, with additional HVE level 3 and Bee-Friendly credentials, and farming emphasizes biodiversity, no insecticides, cover crops and other sustainable practices. In the Haut-Var, cool nights and limestone soils support slow ripening, freshness and aromatic finesse. Under winemaker Alexis Cornu, the estate blends modern cellar work with its historic terroir, aiming for elegant, complex Côtes de Provence wines, including structured gastronomic rosés.
