Château Belle Grange

France

Château Belle Grange is a Saint-Émilion estate in Bordeaux, directed by Matthieu Verhaeghe. Based on the slopes and hillsides of the appellation, the vineyard is planted mainly to Merlot with Cabernet Franc. The estate farms with certified organic methods, integrated pragmatically into daily work and attentive to the vineyard’s natural balance. In both vineyard and cellar, the approach is precise and restrained, with careful parcel work and élevage that preserves fruit clarity rather than imposing style. The wines follow a classical Saint-Émilion interpretation, emphasizing balance, precision, structural integrity, and continuity, with a clear aim to express place faithfully and age with consistency beyond trends.
