Bodega Casar de Burbia is a family-owned estate in El Bierzo, Castilla y León, founded by Nemesio Fernández Bruña and now operated by his sons, notably Isidro Fernández. Its vineyards are farmed organically and sustainably across 42 plots at 600–900 metres, with winemaking led by Isidra Fernández Bello and Isidro Fernández. The estate focuses on limited-edition, single-vineyard wines made from its own varied vineyard sites, reflecting a small-batch, artisanal approach.
