Arndorfer is a family-owned winery in Kamptal, Lower Austria, with roots in the same family since 1770. It is run by Anna and Martin Arndorfer, third-generation owners who are also the winemakers and made their first joint vintage in 2002. The estate works on a small-batch, low-intervention model, following organic and biodynamic-style principles without noted formal certification. Synthetic fertilizers and herbicides are avoided, with a strong focus on soil health, ecological balance, and supporting soil microorganisms and mycelium. In the cellar, Arndorfer relies on natural yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, and unfiltered wines, reflecting a hands-on, sustainability-minded approach.
