Adriano Grasso

Italy

Adriano Grasso is a family-owned estate in Calosso, Piedmont, set among the vineyards between Langhe and Monferrato. Descended from a winemaking family established in the area since the mid-1800s, Adriano Grasso serves as both proprietor and winemaker, overseeing the process from vineyard to bottle. The estate is certified organic, with vineyard work guided by lunar phases and practices including green manure, manual grass cutting and limited mechanisation, supporting soil fertility and biodiversity. Barbera, Moscato, Gamba Rossa and Nebbiolo are cultivated, with a winemaking approach rooted in a close connection to the vineyard and traditional methods such as extended post-fermentation maceration.
