Ada Nada

Italy

Ada Nada is a fourth-generation family estate in Treiso, near Alba and Barbaresco, founded by Carlo Nada in 1919. The family cultivates vineyards mainly in the Valeirano and Rombone areas, with vines averaging around 40 years old. Certified organic viticulture, entirely hand-worked vines and hand harvesting reflect a careful approach to the land and the natural life cycle of the plants. Elvio Cazzaro manages the vineyards and winery with support from oenologists, combining inherited traditions with newer knowledge. Based in an 18th-century farmhouse, the estate produces Piedmontese wines including Barbaresco, Barbera d’Alba, Dolcetto d’Alba and Moscato d’Asti, with Barbaresco matured in large oak vessels. The wines are presented as expressions of Treiso’s land and each vintage.
