Weingut Sepp Moser

Austria

Sepp Moser is a family-run estate in Lower Austria, owned by Nikolaus Moser and operated with Kathi Moser and Jan Moser-Vavricka. Its vineyards in Kremstal and Neusiedlersee are certified organic and Demeter biodynamic, with hand-harvesting, agroforestry, composting, and reduced copper and sulphur use. Winemaking is low-intervention, relying on spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulphur, and generally unfiltered bottling. The estate focuses on terroir-driven, mineral wines, including single-vineyard expressions, alongside varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Its work reflects a family commitment to biodynamic viticulture and expressive Austrian vineyard sites.
