Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot

France

Vignobles Ludovic Pierrot is an independent family domaine working across Burgundy’s Côte d’Or and Beaujolais, with vineyards in Santenay, Pernand-Vergelesses, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and Morgon. Ludovic Pierrot and Jean-Marc Pandraud farm the estate’s parcels organically and biodynamically, certified by Ecocert and Demeter, without synthetic chemicals and with close attention to soil health, natural cycles and the wider ecosystem. The domaine focuses on single-vineyard wines that express the character of each Burgundy Climat and Beaujolais terroir. Harvesting is manual, with careful sorting, indigenous-yeast fermentation and winemaking adapted to each parcel and vintage. Lightly toasted French oak is used for aging, while the wines aim for precision, freshness, minerality and authentic terroir expression.
