Thorne & Daughters

South Africa

Founded in 2012 by winemaker John Seccombe and his wife Tasha, Thorne & Daughters is a boutique South African label based at the Gabrielskloof cellar near Bot River. The family-owned winery works with contracted fruit from across the Western Cape, producing a modest portfolio. Its vineyards are farmed organically, while the wines are made naturally, without treatments or additions. John Seccombe remains the primary winemaker, shaping a focused, hands-on approach to the range.
