PYM-RAE is a boutique Mount Veeder estate in Napa Valley owned by Alfred and Melanie Tesseron since 2016. Drawing on the Pontet-Canet philosophy, the estate follows a natural, handmade approach that prioritizes the vineyard and winegrower, aiming for depth, balance and freshness from this distinctive terroir. Farming is organic and biodynamic, with Demeter certification, dry-farming, no vine trimming, and even cows kept on the property as part of a long-term, humanist vision. Harvesting, sorting and destemming are done by hand, and Alfred Tesseron leads a parcel-by-parcel winemaking approach for its limited Cabernet Sauvignon.
