Producer

Sartori di Verona

Italy

Founded in 1898, Sartori di Verona is a fourth-generation family winery in Valpolicella, led by Andrea Sartori and supported by consulting winemaker Franco Bernabei. The estate preserves traditional Valpolicella Classica know-how while embracing innovation, and is now part of the larger Collis Heritage cooperative group. Its wines draw on vineyards in Valpolicella and Soave, including estate parcels and fruit from partner growers. Sustainability is a stated priority, with formal certifications and initiatives including soil, water and air monitoring, life-cycle assessment, and carbon-neutral measures for the wine shop; some wines are organically certified. The style combines traditional regional identity with an emphasis on elegance and refinement.
