Louis Roederer is a historic, family-owned Champagne house in Reims, founded in 1776 and now in its seventh generation under CEO Frédéric Rouzaud. It remains one of the few independent Grande Marque houses. Under Cellar Master Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, the estate has become a leader in sustainable viticulture, with a significant portion of its Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards farmed organically and biodynamically, and the entire estate holds the highest environmental certification (HVE Level 3). The house is renowned for its prestige cuvée Cristal and produces a range of wines from its own vineyards, emphasizing a close relationship with nature and biodiversity.
