Soave DOC Le Calle

Latium is a family-run Veneto producer with vineyards in Soave and Valpolicella. Originally the Morini family farm, established in the 1960s, it has been managed since 2000 by seven cousins, who bottle nine wines under the Latium label alongside olive oil. All the wines are certified organic, and the vineyards are hand-picked, reflecting a careful, sustainability-focused approach. The estate’s range is rooted in the distinct traditions of Soave and Valpolicella.
