Jam Jar Wines is a South African producer sourcing grapes from vineyards around Paarl in the Western Cape. The vines, aged 10–15 years, grow on north- and north-west-facing slopes. Certified under South Africa’s Integrated Production of Wines (IPW) program, the producer reflects a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Its wines are crafted by winemaker Clayton Christians.
