iLauri Chiola is a small Abruzzo producer cultivating a modest two-hectare vineyard in Chieti, at 300 metres on clay, silt and sandy soils. The young, two-year-old vines are farmed sustainably. The producer is credited with a 2025 Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo from Tenuta Talamonti, made through stainless-steel fermentation and three months’ ageing in Slavonian oak.
