Producer

Enzo Boglietti

Italy

Enzo Boglietti is a family-run estate based in La Morra in Piedmont’s Langhe, founded in 1991 by Enzo and Gianni Boglietti and now led by Enzo with his children Linda and Matteo. Certified organic since 2017, the winery farms with organic fertilizers, no herbicides, careful canopy and yield management, and hand-harvested fruit. Fermentations are spontaneous with native yeasts, while sulfites, fining, and filtration are kept to a minimum; Barolo crus are bottled unfiltered. The estate focuses strongly on terroir, studying micro-zonation and soil differences across crus to express the character of each site, with a style that has evolved toward fresher, leaner, less oak-driven Barolo.
