Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet

France

Domaine Philippe & Vincent Jaboulet is a family-run Northern Rhône estate near Tain-l’Hermitage, founded in 2006 by Philippe Jaboulet and his son Vincent. Representing six generations of winemaking, the pair cultivate vineyards in Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Cornas and the surrounding Rhône hills. Philippe brings more than 30 years’ experience, including as manager of Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné, while Vincent is an oenologist. Certified HVE Level 3 since 2016, the domaine farms without irrigation, weedkillers, insecticides or chemical pesticides, using soil work, organic fertiliser and measures that encourage biodiversity, including beehives and bird and bat boxes. Traditional methods and an avoidance of new oak reflect their restrained, independent approach.
