Domaine du Pas Saint Martin

France

Le Pas Saint Martin is a family-run estate in Doué-la-Fontaine, in the Saumur vineyards at the crossroads of Anjou Blanc and Anjou Noir. The Charrier-Massoteau family has cultivated vines here for generations, with records dating to around 1700, and farms organically, certified by Ecocert since 1997. Based in historic buildings constructed from local falun limestone, the estate produces authentic, digestible wines intended to remain close to nature. Their shared style emphasizes fruit, freshness and simplicity, with healthy, ripe grapes yielding balanced, tense and mineral wines that are direct and precise—from fruity reds to aged Chenin. Laurent Charrier leads winemaking and sales, while Juliette manages the practical work of the artisanal domaine.
