Domaine de Triennes

France

Domaine de Triennes is a Provence estate founded in the late 1980s by Jacques Seysses, Aubert de Villaine and Michel Macaux, with Jérôme Constantin helping lead the project. In the Var, on a south-facing clay-limestone hillside 30 km from the Mediterranean, the vineyard benefits from altitude, cool nights and a long growing season that supports freshness and slow ripening. Organic since 2011, the domaine emphasizes respectful viticulture, biodiversity, careful pruning and cool-morning harvesting. In the cellar, the approach is simple and measured, with targeted intervention, no new oak, and élevage in older barrels and foudres to let terroir and grape variety speak. The style aims for balanced, authentic wines: fresh, aromatic whites, elegant structured reds, and vivid Mediterranean rosés.
