Domaine de Fa is a family-owned Beaujolais estate run by brothers Maxime and Antoine Graillot, sons of Alain Graillot. Founded in 2013, with its first vintage in 2014, the domaine works vineyards in Saint-Amour, Fleurie and Leynes, on predominantly granite soils. The estate has been certified organic since 2019 and is farmed with biodynamic practices while pursuing Demeter certification, with this work overseen by vineyard manager Sylvain Martel. Winemaking is low-intervention, with hand harvesting, whole-bunch pressing, maceration in concrete vats, and élevage in concrete and oak foudres. The range includes both red and white wines.
