Producer

Dal Bello

Italy

Dal Bello is a family-owned producer in the Asolo DOCG area of Veneto, with a history in the Asolo hills spanning more than a century. Its vineyards extend across 10 villages, including Colle Sant’Anna, and are intercropped with olive and cherry trees, reflecting the biodiversity of the landscape. The family combines tradition with contemporary techniques and has committed to protecting the territory through ongoing improvements in the vineyard and cellar; it holds the V.I.V.A. sustainability certificate. The estate focuses on Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other Asolo Montello wines, including the Celeber Extra Brut launched in 2014 after years of research and experimentation. Its wines are described as fresh, intense, and aromatic, expressing the character of the Asolo hills.
