Côte de Baleau is a family-owned estate in Saint-Émilion, Bordeaux, owned by Philippe Cuvelier and managed by Matthieu Cuvelier since 2013. The property works with estate-grown, Merlot-dominant fruit, with winemaking guided by consultants Michel Rolland and Julien Viaud. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, and the wine is aged for 14 months in a combination of new and used oak barrels. No sustainability certifications are reported.
