Conviviale is a family-run winery in Gambellara, Veneto, founded by Davide Vignato’s grandfather and father and now overseen by Davide, who is also the winemaker. The estate has farmed organically since 1997, incorporating biodynamic practices, and follows a low-intervention approach in the cellar. Its vineyards include significant plantings of Garganega, including 25-year-old vines rooted in volcanic basaltic soils. The first vintage was released in 2006.
