Clos Triguedina is a long-established family estate in Cahors’ Lot Valley, owned by the Baldès family since 1830 and now run by Jean-Luc and Sabine Baldès, with their daughter Juliette joining the winemaking team in 2023. Its vineyards span four communes and varied clay-limestone and clay-siliceous terraces. Farming is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) Level 3, with detailed canopy and soil work focused on quality, alongside broader commitments to biodiversity, water management, carbon reduction and social responsibility. The estate became Cahors’ first Vignerons Engagés and RSE-certified domaine in 2024. Jean-Luc’s decades of experience and the family’s accumulated knowledge inform wines made with gentle extraction and French oak aging, including the Clos de Triguedina and Prince Probus styles.
