Château Durand-Laplagne is a family-owned Bordeaux estate in the Saint-Émilion area, owned by the Bessou family since 1850. Sylvie and Bertrand Bessou represent the seventh generation of viticulturists and have directed the family’s three properties since 1983. Their approach combines respect for tradition with reasoned, environmentally respectful farming, certified HVE and Terra Vitis. Presented as an artisan producer, the estate reflects a long-standing family commitment and genuine passion for the craft.
