Producer

Château d'Estoublon

France

Château d'Estoublon is a historic estate in the Alpilles, Provence, with roots dating to 1489. Its vineyards in AOP Les Baux de Provence have been farmed organically for more than 20 years, alongside the estate’s olive groves. Certified organic (AB), the estate follows natural grassing, eco-grazing, organic fertilisers, biodiversity protection and avoids artificial insecticides. It produces red, white and rosé wines shaped by the Alpilles terroir, as well as olive oils. Ownership has passed from the de Grille family to the Lombrage and Schneider families, with new owners since 2020. Winemaking is led by Technical Director Victor Joyeux.
