Château Canadel

France

Château Canadel is a family-owned, independent estate in Le Castellet, Bandol, acquired by Jacques and Caroline de Chateauvieux in 2007 and run since 2009 by their daughter Laure Benoist and her husband Vianney Benoist. Certified organic and farmed with biodynamic principles, the vineyards are worked by hand with a focus on soil life and natural balance. The hillside winery, built in 2014, is designed for gravity-flow vinification, and the wines are bottled unfiltered. The estate produces AOC Bandol red, rosé, and white wines, with Mourvèdre central to its terroir, alongside cuvées such as Altum and the natural wine Canatera. Its terraced clay-limestone and Triassic soils help shape fresh, finely textured wines.
