Domaine Céline & Laurent Tripoz is a family-owned estate in Loché, in the Mâconnais of Southern Burgundy, founded in 1986 and established as a domaine in 1990. Céline and Laurent Tripoz have long led both the vineyard and cellar, with a hands-on, estate-grown approach and on-site vinification. The domaine has farmed biodynamically since 2001 and is certified Demeter and organic by Ecocert. Working on clay-limestone soils, they favor hand harvesting, minimal inputs, simple low-intervention winemaking, and very low sulfur use when needed. Their Crémant is made entirely at the estate, and the range also includes still wines and occasional ephemeral cuvées. Carine Bécard is preparing to take over the domaine, continuing its biodynamic direction.
