Canel Prosecco

Adamo Canel is a family-owned winery in Col San Martino, Veneto, founded shortly after the Second World War and housed in historic cellars beside an 18th-century villa. The founder’s descendants continue the business, with the intention of preserving it across generations. Its vineyards are managed with respect for the environment and biodiversity, supported by organic and biodynamic certifications. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and fermented under temperature control. The range includes Prosecco DOCG, organic sparkling wines and Cabernet DOC, with sparkling wines made in closed tanks using only first-press juice.
