Domaine Saint-Remy is a family-owned Alsace estate run by Philippe and Corinne Ehrhart with the next generation, Florian and Margot. Its vineyards span 11 villages in the Haut-Rhin, with granite, limestone and sandy soils. The estate has been organically certified since 2010 and Demeter biodynamic certified since 2012, alongside Tyflo sustainable-farming membership. The Ehrharts work collaboratively, hand-harvesting and vinifying individual parcels with native yeasts.
